History of Ranthambore National Park
The history of Ranthambore National Park is very special. Ranthambore was the place of hunting for the royal members of the Jaipur Kingdom. The Maharajah owned this area, which was managed by the hunting department. People living near forests had access to some natural resources in exchange for small fees.
